Switched from plan 25 to plan 50, internet now more slower.

Hello,
 
A few weeks ago the internet sometime went really slower at certain time, we decided to switch to a better plan, the 50, but now all day is slow, no matter which device we are or if its connected to the modem is slow slow.
 
This test was the best I could get http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4623988979 when we where in plan 25 the test were at 10 at maximum.
 
Is this a problem in general or something might be wrong here?

If you did the Speed Test while your computer was connected to the Gateway  (modem) by Ethernet cable, you should contact Telus to address this issue. It is reasonable to expect Speed Test results of about 90% - 100% of the posted speeds you have purchased on most occasions.
