so i ask this question before or half it...
so my whole neighborhood has fibre tho four house on my side of road is not done. hopefully by mid Feb its done!! 😃
tho i just phoned Telus fibre number and ask about my dad senior trailer park in #fleetwood area of surrey, he said it planned tho the tech came by two weeks ago on a Saturday and side my dad has two main lines coming in for just under internet 25 (25mbps) and need to find where the other two or four lines would come from for internet 50, he said some places have two or four more than the main two, so my dad has now fours yellow and green copper bonded lines coming into his trailer. so when the guy tried to find where the lines come from, his said or i said try the club house, he came back(walking from there) and it was there! there he said there a phone room there. how will they install fibre to 110 trailers? 😛

One other thing to note is that wiring in trailer parks is often a disaster. Getting new lines run can also be challenging, especially if the owner of the property doesn't approve right away. Can result in significant delays.
Also with fiber there is no guarantee that a fiber node will be installed in the phone room there. It's far more likely to have it off site.
