Slow Internet

I am paying for 150/150 but after the first three days, it's slowed down to 36/27. Whats wrong?

Things to check for....

• Is the 36/27 on wifi or Ethernet?  wifi is subject to interference.  Does the speed go up when you are 12 inches from the router?  Some devices cannot use the latest wifi standards.
• Are you using the internet exclusively?  Could someone else be streaming on the connection?  Do you own IP cameras uploading content to the cloud?
• are you connected to the 2.4 or 5ghz wifi band?
• some devices can't handle the added speed.
