Just wondering if anyone knows if Telus is working on the lines here, or is something up?
Started three days ago with a couple Optik TV and internet outages, but hit 19 yesterday. Between outages everything is perfectly fine, speed and service wise. The outages themselves are lasting usually a minute or less, the longest was 7 minutes.
Note this is Internet out as shown on my Actiontec V1000H, resetting the modem to factory specs didn't help.
Could be a problem with the modem, the connection or something on the line. If the connection drops for about a minute at a time, does the Internet light on the modem go out during that time? It'd be about the right length of time if the modem lost its connection. I'd say call Telus and have them check things out.
