We have fibre and its been out for the last 20 mins

Nothing has currently been reported on the status page. You can Contact Telus to report the issue if service isn’t restored soon. It maybe an isolated issue.

There's nothing reported on the Service Status page, so it might be a localized outage. If it persists, you might need to contact Telus to report your particular situation.

 

You also should restart your router.
