I just made a payment on my account and still can't seem to reconnect my modern, also technical support is not available

If your service was disconnected due to billing issues, you will need to contact Telus to reinstate it. Even if you paid the balance, the service isn't reconnected instantly. You will need to speak with billing/sales first instead of technical support to make sure your account is taken care of first.
