So we already rebooted the box and the tech already changed the PVR to a 4K one. He even plugged one of the wireless boxes to the same TV but we are still not getting the Restart icon. It says here on the forum that ATN channels should have that icon. I don`t know what to do next.

Can you link to the forum post stating the ATN channels have restart? I couldn't find it with a search.
Not all channels will have restart - the broadcaster determines if they want to offer the service or not. Telus simply complies with the request.

That list is just the channels that are participating in Restart. It doesn't necessarily mean all the content they air will allow a viewer to Restart for each and every show. The first sentence on Restart page even states that Restart may be on some or all of their programming.
