Dores any one have internet, phone and or TV? Its been 5 hours with no services. Tickets have been placed, technician is to arrive tomorrow. In the mean time any suggestion?
New equipment was installed 21 days ago. Since installation we have lost one service a day for up to one hour at a time. We are currently sitting at 7 hour and 40 minutes of complete loss of all three services. Everytime telus is contacted we get the condescending remarks that a technician will not be able to solve the problem cause everything looks good.
