What happens when you:

a) try with 9 digits

b) use a space as the first character

c) use 0 as the first number

in the past, Telus has used account numbers of differing length.

There should be a 10th number if you login to your Telus account and look at a bill. It is a 9 digit account number then a space then the 10th digit. It doesn't show up on the main page.
I have a 9 digit account number but have my online bills paid to the 10 digit account number for years with no problems.
