Optik signal issues

Occasionally the signal has issues and the picture gets "digital ghosting". I have a short recording that illustrates the problem.

There doesn't seem to be a way to show a video here, so I've sent it to Telus Support on Twitter.

Being the content is delivered over Internet Protocol on rare occasions there could be some digital artificats of the picture. Generally this is rarely an issue.

If you notice it happening on a specific channel always and certain times. Or always have issues on most channels you view. You may have an issue with your connection.

Contact Telus so they can look into the issue of it's a persistent issue.
