I have an Insignia TV which is on the Code list for TVs but the remote won't control the volume on the Optik setting, only the TV setting? I've reset the remote and it still doesn't work.

Hi! Check out the TELUS_TV user guide, page 6 for setting up your remote control functions for your TV. Note that Insignia code is 21. It may not be the code in your TV booklet. http://www.telus.com/content/help/common/pdf/TELUS_TV_user_guide.pdf

Hi scotte, curious if it has ever worked for volume or if this is a first time setup of the remote?
