Over the past few days notice that chat is not working to communicate with Telus. Has telus discontinued the chat.
Always get no chat agent available and then it disconnects.

HI @Timmah!
Our chat service should still be up and running. Were you using a cell phone when you tried to access the service? Also chat has specific business hours which should be 10AM to 8PM your standard time.
