Newish customer Poor wifi since the beginning. How to fix....?

Bad wifi connection. All of the time


If your router is tucked away in a corner of your house then call TELUS and ask for a wifi extender.

What is the exact problem you are having with WiFi?

- Is it slow speeds? Have you done a speedtest to see what kind of speed you are getting?

- Is it a weak wireless signal? Is it happening on all devices? Does it happen in all parts of your home?

The more information you can provide, the closer we can get to a solution.

A wifi-extender is not necessarily the solution, sometimes tweaking the wireless settings on your modem can resolve the issue.
