New fibre optic internet installed and broken within 48 hours

I've recently switched from shaw to Telus for its' fibre optic option and promotion. Was very happy with the technician's proformance. After climbing through forums trying to fix the issue myself( restarting modern) then called Telus support with 45 mins waiting time on the phone. Can't say I'm impressed and started to regret changing the service provider.

Can someone help please?
