Hi there. In your situation, I would strongly recommend contacting support at 310-2255 or www.telus.com/chat (in case you have no alternate phone to use). Some issues can be resolved by resetting the lines. If of course that has not worked, generally it's either the phone itself or a problem on the TELUS side at fault. If you use cordless phones, it's recommended to test with a old fashioned wired phone instead (if you have one). Otherwise please use the methods above and they will be able to book an appointment right away for you!
