Just Moved In

He booked a wifi hook up for today over a week ago. Today Telus Lethbridge for wifi. Telus told us today they went to the wrong address and now the hook up is the 28th. This is unacceptable. They are college kids. My name is Gary Boruck and I had such a horrible experience with Telus that this is par for the course.

Is the address that Telus should have sent a tech to today.
Honestly I tell my family and all my kids to steer clear of Telus because they are non responsive

But I thought I would send this note and leave it to Telus to prove me right. Or prove
Me wrong
