My modem has been acting up?

Just Moved In
I've had great speed since the day it was installed. The last 4 days it won't handle anything. Yes. I've reset the modem. Powered it down and turned it back on again. No change. Any ideas???

How old is the modem? Modem's do wear out over time.

Telus modems(now defunt) and Gateways(so easy for call center to support).

Zyxel for Internet.

Actiontec for those who have Telus TV.

 

Or buy your own and use that. ADSL has many modems/gateways available to buy and at a lowcost. VCI.33 and no PPPoE

VDSL has limited purchase locations and no one wants to pay that price. 17a profile
