For about 20 hours now, our home internet and tv connection has been dead. It happened twice in the last week, but not this long. After confirming all connections were undamaged and properly seated, I can only wonder if it's on Telus' side? The telus gateway itself is fine (LAN and web server functioning), any ideas or help would be appreciated!

If it's dead (DSL light is off/flashing or no Internet light), I'd highly recommend calling Telus as the first step. Especially if you've had connection issues recently.
