Internet keeps disconnecting

Just Moved In
I just switched to Tells Fibre Optik Internet a month ago from a really slow local provider. At first it was amazing but now for the last week it keeps disconnecting and won't even allow any devices to connect. When something does connect, it only stays connected for a few minutes then gets kicked off. These were all working fine with the Internet last month, this is just recent. We live in a small community with not many people in our neighbourhood connected to Optik Internet, so I'm really lost 😞

Are you connecting wirelessly or through a physical cable to the router? Have you contacted Telus to see if there are problems with the connection itself?
