Internet and tv outage?

My cable and internet have been down for over an hour. Trying to call tech support just gets you put on hold for forever. This happened two days ago as well but only for a few minutes.

Since there is no outage reported, it may be local to you. You could try contacting Telus through their Twitter or Facebook pages.

Might be a bit difficult without an internet connection, as it does not work on mobile devices yet.
