Since it has not been recorded on the Service Status page, it is possibly so localized Telus does not know about a problem yet. Have you checked with neighbours to see if it extends beyond your home? Have you contacted Telus to report the outage?

I'm in victoria my TV and net where fine so far as I know on Friday .. What were you experiencing
