Im not to sure I was on the Telus 50 Plan I believe

The Telus 50 plan is a description of download speed. You asked about your Internet Allowance. This is a term I am completely unfamiliar with, so need more clarification.  

If your home services were cut off due to late payment of fees, you will need to contact Telus to have them restarted.
