Just Moved In
Stopped working. I unplugged everything twice. Still showing 'optic tv digital box is initializing. Has been all day. I NEED help!!

Is it properly connected to your Gateway / router, and is your Internet connected?  If so, then you likely need to contact Telus, and go through a troubleshooting process.

It may be worth connecting with a fresh cable, to check if it is the problem.
