@Flamette pausing and pixelating is generally an issue with your line or Telus equipment in the area. Even using older hardware there should be no issues. If you continue to have pixelating issues while watching TV, I suggest calling into Telus and schedule a service call. This way they can get to the bottom of the underlying issue with your service.
