Depends on how temporary...
- airplane mode works for a few hours or days to preserve battery life
- calling Telus Mobility will reduce your plan to something like $15 a month if you plan to be on vacation for a long time.

You can call our home services customer care team and they can definitely arrange something to suspend the services temporarily. There may be some conditions that they may need to check and go over. Customer care team for home services can be reached at 310-2255 Mon-Fri 7.30 am - 8.00 pm and Sat-Sun 9.00 am - 5.00 pm. Thank you.
