Just Moved In
I had been away from home and had been receiving bills on my free home internet. The internet got disconnected about two weeks back and the payment was made about a week back but the internet is still not working even though the payment reflects on my account.

What "Free" internet are you talking about? You are best to Contact Telus at the bottom of the page to discuss any billing issues/services on the account.
