I have Internet 50 with double-bonded connection. My internet disconnects several times everyday. Telus Technicians have visited me a number of times and now they have given up. Apparently, my service cannot get any better, that is what I have been told. I have noticed that the upload speed is close to 2 Mbps, although it is supposed to be 10 Mbps. Download speed gets close to 50 Mbps, when internet is available. Telus has not been able to provide fiber optic in nearly 10 years.
Frequent disconnects is a generally a line issue. Contact Telus and schedule a service call. Let them know several techs haven’t fixed the issue so it can be escalated to a higher level tech.
