Free TV status

Does anyone know how/where to check on the delivery status of the free tv Telus is offering to new Optic customers? I have a few neighbours who got theirs in a couple of weeks after sign-up but haven’t heard anything yet. Itching to try out 4K!

Hey @Sehansen ! Usually it takes 2-6 weeks for delivery but I've rarely seen it take longer than 4. Usually once shipped, you get notified with a tracking number. If it's been 2 weeks for you so far, I'd maybe reach out to customer care at 310-MYTV and ask if they have any news?
