Excessive internet usage

We have never exceed 100gb a month and on day 8 of our cycle we get noticed that we are @ 95%. There is 6 days left and it’s at 370gb. I check our usage daily and it works out to about 15gb a day. Nothing has changed in our household. Why a jump in the usage ?

There are a couple of other discussions on this topic in the Neighbourhood. Have a look at the search function to find them to learn more. You can call Telus to discuss the issue, as they have worked with other clients to resolve their issues with excess usage.

 

Before you do, though, make sure you do not have an open Wi-Fi setting, and that it is protected by a strong password.
