The sportsnet website has discussion forums following most posted stories. When people assumed I was a woman they made discriminatory and bullying remarks. When the victim tries to defend themselves they are deleted by the admins who also join in on this virtual rape. I want Telus to ban the Sportsnet website until they clean up their act. Sportsnet itself does not have an avenue to submit complaints and their corporate office does not respond

Not sure how much the CRTC would have to say about a non-broadcast situation. Rogers, or Sportsnet would have an acceptable use policy for their discussion forum, which will likely be much stronger than any requirements of a government agency (freedom of speech, and all that). The website policy will be the best to address these concerns.

You can always contact Sportsnet here - http://www.sportsnet.ca/contact-us/ or you can contact Rogers since they own Sportsnet. ISPs like Telus don't block websites unless they get a court order or a mandate from the CRTC.

Further as noted above in addition to contacting Rogers, contact the CRTC directly.
