Could you get lost parts for telus pvr?

so i got a quick question about the 330hd pvr from telus so if you were to lose the transformer or the remote where or who would you contact or buy missing parts from.

New remotes you can get from Telus by calling them. You won't be able to get a power transformer by itself as the 330 ships with only one. You might luck out on kijiji though. 330s sometimes pop up on there.

With regards to the remote.... the Harmony remotes is a great replacement option.

If you see one of our vans parked when you're out and about feel free to ask the tech. Quite often they can help. But be sure you know exactly what make & model Set Top Box you have. There are many types and they each use different power supplies. For example the 430 PVR. One by Broadcom and the other by Cisco. They look the same, but they're not. Plugging in the wrong one can be a very bad thing. Oh, and the 330 is not a PVR, it slaves the PVR functions from the 430 via your in-home network and the PVR-Anywhere feature. There are three different remotes available, the older, bigger "Mediaroom", the "Ruwido Slimline 1" and the "Ruwido Slimline 2"
