how  can I do that?

I recommend calling Telus immediately to review your accounts and options....

  • do you have any 3year contracts you need to fulfil?
  • when I switched to Optik, Shaw demanded I keep service running for 30 days.

It would be best to speak with the Customer Care department as soon as possible and they will provide you with the right direction on how to clear your accounts. The number to call is 310-6988. The Hours of Operation are: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 8pm and Saturday/Sunday 9am - 5pm.
