I recently cancelled my telus home internet due to moving and not needing it anymore. When they sent me my last bill it showed and outstanding balance so i paid it via online banking. A month later i received another ebill saying that i have a credit balance from over paying. I no longer use Telus services and would like the credit reimbursed to my bank account because it is useless sitting in my Telus account. I would phone and ask but it takes so long to get a representative and they are never able to provide me with clear answers. Does anyone know if it is possible to be refunded my credit balance?
