Just Moved In
Hello, my aunt just signed up for the Telus fibre internet $89 promo last night. Now she wants to cancel. Is it still possible to cancel the day after without getting penalty fees? She has yet to install any modems or registered her account.

@Jh01 First thing in the am phone in between 8-9 ----- ask for live agent ---- ask for billing ------ have phone on speaker and you will get a live agent and may have to ask that one to send you to billing. There should be no penalty. Start early your wait time 15 to 30 minutes. Polecat
