Call control not blocking blocked number

I have call control. I have blocked a specific number. It shows on my call list as being blocked on numerous occasions. This morning I received a call from the blocked number and spoke to the person calling. The number is still listed on my blocked numbers list. This is not the first time this has happened.

That's definitely odd. There may be something odd in the backend with your line. Reach out to our Tech Support team at 1-888-811-2323 and they'll be able to investigate.
