I recently spoke to a CSR about a 4K issue. The issue was well explained and all but the time frame on the phone was too long.
The CSR asked if she could call me back once her data was entered into the system. I replied OK.
Here is the suggestion: The call display on her return call did not indicate Telus was calling. In this day and age a lot of telemarketers are calling and I almost did not answer her important call.
