I just found out that my home phone has been giving a busy signal since at least Monday. I've unplugged the phones and replugged them in, but it still has a busy signal when I call from my cell. I'm stressing because I'm expecting calls. Any help? Thanks.
I'm having the same problem, in Langley... my son said they were working up the street yesterday, perhaps they broke the line? Now I can't even get tech online as they're not available even though the chat claims to be available 24/7 and I don't use a cell phone. Thanks Telus. 😕
