I'm already getting complete shut downs on my internet for a minute or two at a time- where no device I have will be able to use Internet. This is completely unacceptable- what is going on?

We will need more information. Are you connecting using wireless? Wired? Which modem do you have? Do any lights go out on the modem when the problem occurs? Have you called tech support to ensure the connection is stable?

Tried replying twice. 


Short version new router (2200) and bridged on port 1 to rtac68u router. 3 outages I know of in 48 hours. Sick to my stomach that I left shaw after almost a decade for this. Did I just push a pile of crap from one corner of the room to another? Good grief!

Unbridge the router and try just using the telus one as a stand alone. As a test to eliminate issues with your router..


Highly doubt it's a issue with the telus equipment. 


If it doesn't drop out with just using the telus equipment, you've found where the issue is.
