Today both my wife and I are having problems receiving email on our laptops using outlook, using webmail and also not getting them on our cell phones and my tablet.
I have accessed and downloaded mail as recently as an hour ago.
If you can access your email through the Webmail interface, it may be the credentials in your laptop mail program have been somehow corrupted. Have you tried re-creating your email identity in your mail program?
