Agreed- 2.5 hours so far. Spoke with someone at 2:16 mark and was put on hold when they investigated. Previous provider- and likely soon to be new provider- at least has call back option. Pathetic customer service
I had an issue with the phone service of an organization I am involved. Less than 20 minutes from start to finish, including being redirected, as I chose the wrong option when calling. Very happy with the mid-day calling times.
