2-3 hour wait

I have called telus twice and the wait is always over 2 hours!!! I am trying to get telus to install fibre optic at my place and it is ridiculous how long you have to wait to TALK to somebody

Have you tried Chat, or used the offer of a call back when you call in?

There's no way you are picking the right prompts. New customers neverrrr wait that long. Only existing customers. The new customer queue is like a 5 min hold max. Don't call 310 6988 that's for existing customers and that has the 2 hour waits. 310 2255 is for sales 😉 aka new service!
