Updated Action/Status on Network Outage

Just Moved In

Customer from Galiano Island calling in when will TELUS restore services from Outage. It's been a week already of no service. He is aware that its due to outage and checking telus.com/outage however the update/note is not updated here (ex. calling 12/27 but note only 12/20) so his not convinced that we are doing our part to fix it. Negative impact to customer as he thinks TELUS is not updating the outage status or not doing any actions. As a feedback from customer, Kindly update notes atleast (maybe) on the affected areas to ensure that we are doing recent activity on their issues.
