As discussed in the 'Airtime Minutes' conversation, the submit button for a discussion topic states 'Search the Neighbourhood' instead of 'Submit Comment' or similar. This may be causing confusion, causing many of the title only submissions to the forum. Might one of the web gurus replace the button with one with more accurate text?
