For years paper bills for both Telus home services and Telus Mobility have come labelled simply as "Telus." But these are two separate accounts and must be paid to two different entities. Customers in a rush or just unaware that Telus Mobility bills will not come labelled as such, may pay the wrong entity and be subject to late charges on the unpaid account. I did it myself a few times before I smartened up. But it aggravates me every time I have to open the bill to check which Telus account it is. I would like to see the paper bills labelled on the front with the full name of the entity to be paid.
