I completely agree.  Every single time I have to call Telus about something I sit there and wait for at least 30 minutes if not an hour.  That's incredible!  What is this?  1995?


TELUS - you'll get a *lot* less calls if your customer portal does everything people call you to do for them.  A little engineering and effort on your customer portal would go a very very long way.

Thanks for the comments. Call times are something that we're aware of and are working hard to lower. One of the things that will help is providing your full account number and 4-digit security PIN when you connect with automated voice menu. This gets you through to the right area quickly and reduces overall wait times.
