Router Inefficiency

It would be very easy to have the telus installation/service trucks that are roaming around the various neighborhoods to also pick up the modems when customers have unsubscribed from the service and end the B$ of having to mail them in.  Also make it possible to return them to telus store fronts and for goodness sake, quit charging people a $300 inconvenience fee for a $40 piece of electronics.

Thank you for providing your feedback to us. We've worked hard to ensure that the router return process is as seamless as possible. Thanks to our partnership with Canada Post, our customers can easily mail the router back to TELUS. 

 

We won't be pursuing this idea, but appreciate you providing us with feedback and look forward to hearing more suggestions from you in the future.
