With the data caps for internet use, and fees out the nose should a customer go over their allotted data, a fair compromise would be to allow customers to roll over their unused internet data to other months.  This would be fair for those who may have been on vacation for 2 weeks, and only used half their data.  Customers pay for this data and should be able to roll over their unused data.

yeah but the ISP's are just fine not trying to push for rollover as they want to gouge the consumer just as much which is why they keep certain paid employees in Ottawa to try and sway government officials that benefits them not the consumer

Thank you for your suggestion on our data plans. Our focus has always been on clear and simple billing. After review, data rollover doesn't align with our current strategy
