What is a Ringback Tone? Ringback tones are music or sounds that you choose for your callers to hear while they wait for you to pick up instead of hearing the standard ringing. All carriers in Canada have this feature except TELUS.
I still think it should be an option since all carriers offer this feature to be added. Also Rogers charges too much for everything, I don't know why they are still in business.
I don't agree @userforum just because other carriers offer a service, doesn't mean it's a good reason for telus to carry it.
Having used this service with Rogers in the past, it was often inconsistent and the audio quality was mediocre at best. The song choices were also limited. My two cents.
