Please bring back My Telus self-service functionality for email account & alias administration.
Two years ago Telus promised (I thought) better email functionality. As observed this has not been forthcoming, apparently in the name of "security".
Waiting for Telus manual intervention to search for and adjust email addresses is pre-historic!
As commented elsewhere, email passwords have been fragile (lost) while required formats changed but who knows (except Telus) whether these are related?
