Fix webmail to reflect the documentation regarding retention of deleted items.

The documentation for Webmail says deleted items are kept for 30 days:

http://webmailhelp.telus.net/en/basic/mail/managing-your-email/#use-the-trash-folder

In reality it's 7 days as that's the retention policy I see on the Deleted Items folder in Outlook. I cannot change this. I really would prefer the 30 days as it's nice to be able to restore files deleted more than 7 ago.

In addition the link to Contact Us at the bottom of the above page doesn't work:

One thing to note is that webmail is not Outlook. There may be differences in how they are configured and work. I never use IMAP unless it's on my phone. On my computer I use POP3 only and I can control when deleted items are purged.

That old help site is 6+ years old and is for an older version of webmail. Telus has a habit of leaving old, dead, no longer relevant sites online that will still show up in Google searches. They just remove most of the links to them off their main website. I've seen some that are far older pop up before.

Webmail itself links to the new support site which no longer mentions deleted email recovery or the time you can still recover deleted messages.

Thanks! I will experiment with that.

So the new idea would be to fix their website so the old stuff is actually gone and only current/relevant information can be found.
